Customs, Duties & Taxes

For eligible destinations, duties and taxes may be prepaid and included at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by their local country if not prepaid at checkout.

Goods Temple is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Delivered Parcels

Once tracking shows an item as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

If you believe your parcel has been stolen or misplaced after delivery, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Checking with household members or neighbours
  • Contacting your local postal carrier directly

We will assist where reasonably possible, however we are not responsible for stolen or missing parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within the return window outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
  • A $12 AUD restocking fee may be deducted from eligible change-of-mind refunds to help cover handling, processing, packaging, and original outbound shipping costs

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, resizing damage, misuse, or tampering

Items returned without approval or that do not meet return conditions may be refused.
