Refund & Return Policy

At Goods Temple, we want you to love your order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

We accept change-of-mind returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Be free from scratches, marks, damage, resizing damage, or excessive wear
- Include original packaging where possible
- Not be altered, tampered with, or damaged during adjustment attempts
- Be returned with a valid tracking number provided to us

Please note:

- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Orders placed with incorrect sizing selections are considered change-of-mind returns
- Clearance, promotional, customised, or final sale items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under applicable consumer law

For hygiene, quality-control, and product integrity reasons, heavily worn, damaged, altered, resized, scratched, bent, broken, or tampered-with items cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Watch Band Resizing & Adjustment Responsibility

Many of our watch bands are adjustable and may require link removal or resizing to achieve the desired fit.

Where applicable, a complimentary resizing tool may be included as a bonus accessory to assist customers. However:

- Resizing and adjustment remain the responsibility of the customer
- We cannot guarantee every customer will find the resizing process easy or suitable
- Difficulty performing fine or fiddly adjustments, including due to hand mobility, dexterity, confidence using tools, or personal preference, does not qualify as a product fault
- Customers uncomfortable performing adjustments themselves should seek assistance from a jeweller, watch repair store, or professional resizing service

Bands that have been excessively forced, scratched, bent, broken, damaged, or otherwise tampered with during resizing attempts are not eligible for refund or exchange for change-of-mind reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assess the issue, customers must provide:

- Clear photos and/or video evidence showing the issue
- A description of the fault
- Order details

Once reviewed, if the item is confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include:

- A replacement item
- Replacement parts
- A repair solution
- A refund where required

Please note:

- Minor colour variations, general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, incorrect sizing selection, water damage, or damage caused during resizing are not considered manufacturing faults
- Where a replacement or repair solution is offered for a verified fault and declined, the return may be treated as a change-of-mind return in accordance with applicable consumer law

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Parcels

Once tracking shows a parcel as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We will always do our best to assist with locating your order and that you are pleased with the outcome.

Customers should check with household members, neighbours, parcel lockers, building management, and local postal carriers before lodging a claim for a missing parcel.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

International Duties & Taxes

For eligible destinations where stated, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price (DDP).

Customers outside eligible DDP regions may still be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees imposed by their country.


European Union & United Kingdom Customers

Customers located in the European Union and United Kingdom may have additional consumer rights under local consumer protection laws.

Where required under applicable law, eligible customers may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within the applicable cooling-off period after delivery. Returned items must still be in original, unused condition and returned with tracking.

Please note that rights relating to faulty, damaged, customised, altered, worn, or misused items may differ depending on local laws and regulations.

United States & Canada Customers

Customers located in the United States and Canada are responsible for reviewing product sizing, compatibility, and adjustment requirements before purchase.

Items returned due to incorrect size selection, preference changes, or difficulties performing adjustments are considered change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required under applicable law.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to avoid damage during transit.

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or overrides any rights or guarantees available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence, including but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), UK consumer protections, EU consumer guarantees, and applicable US and Canadian consumer laws.
